Air Cargo Services

Since the establishment of our General Sales Agent (GSA) division in 1984, our philosophy has been to offer a transparent and seamless service to both the airline and forwarding community.  We think and act as an airline, while integrating the needs of the forwarding community.  Our job is to ensure a safe and swift journey, allowing both our principals and our customers to spend more time advancing their business, as opposed to spending valuable time following up on their transportation.

As a leader in the air cargo industry, Falcon assists our customers in providing airline management services, aircraft chartering, cargo ground handling, company materials (COMAT) supply-chain management and handling, AMS services, AES export filing services, and web-based shipment tracking capabilities.

As a GSA, Falcon currently represents EgyptAir’s cargo operations in North America, with daily non-stop Boeing 777 service from New York to Cairo and beyond, servicing all major destinations in the Middle East and Africa.  Falcon also offers main deck service via our Airbus A-300F from Ostend, Belgium.

State-of-the-Art Technology

Falcon’s development of state-of-the-art technology is another big step toward more convenient freight management.  The Falcon system enables clients to request rates, book, track, and trace shipments using our online shipping portal.

Falcon’s user-friendly and information-based website is continuously updated and allows users to track shipments and containers according to the assigned Bill of Lading number.  Falcon’s IT-based solutions are progressing towards the goal of creating totally paperless transactions with easy access to accurate, up-to-the-minute information on the status of each shipment.
